SoundSeer is a menu bar app that allows you to view information about your current Spotify song and control Spotify. The App does not collect, store, or send any personal information to the owner of the App or any third parties.
The App only accesses the following information from your device:
- Current Spotify song information: The App retrieves the details of the song currently playing in your Spotify app, such as the song title, artist name, and album name. This information is only displayed within the App and is not stored or transmitted elsewhere.
- Spotify control commands: When you use the App to control Spotify (e.g., play, pause, skip tracks), the App sends the corresponding commands directly to the Spotify app on your device. No information about these commands is stored or sent to any external parties.
Information We Do Not Collect
SoundSeer does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following information:
- Personal information: The App does not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or contact details.
- Usage data: The App does not track or collect any information about how you use the App or your Spotify listening habits.
- Device information: The App does not collect any information about your device, such as your device model, operating system version, or unique device identifiers.
